Privacy Policy

These policies govern the use, confidentiality, distribution, and ownership of every service, product, and asset delivered by Senkex — Aquatic Studios. They are legally binding and complement the Terms of Service. By requesting or using any of our services, you automatically accept the latest version of these policies.

Non-Resale

Reselling, redistributing, or monetizing any delivered product, asset, configuration, code, or design is strictly prohibited unless explicit resale rights were purchased. Any violation results in a permanent blacklist.

Non-Sharing

Delivered products may not be shared with third parties, teams, studios, or external developers unless full ownership or public-use rights were purchased. Personal use does not grant redistribution rights.

Confidential Tickets

Ticket content, internal conversations, private messages, and support discussions are confidential. Sharing them in any form — including screenshots, logs, or copied messages — is forbidden.

Data & Privacy Protection

Any internal data, workflow details, credentials, configurations, or sensitive information we provide is strictly confidential. Public disclosure is prohibited.

Private Code Protection

Private code, plugins, bots, scripts, configurations, or systems delivered as custom work may not be published, leaked, or open-sourced. Doing so without authorization is a severe violation.

License & Usage Rights

Delivered products may only be used according to the license purchased. Public, commercial, or redistribution use is permitted only with a public-use or full-ownership license.

Ownership Transfer

Full ownership rights transfer only when explicitly stated and fully paid. Without a full-ownership agreement, Senkex — Aquatic Studios retains all intellectual property rights.

Modification Restrictions

Clients may modify delivered products for personal use only. Modified versions may not be shared, sold, or published unless ownership rights were purchased.

Breach & Enforcement

Any breach may result in immediate termination of service, loss of access to future services, a permanent blacklist, and retention of evidence for dispute protection.

Policy Authority

We reserve the right to enforce, update, or amend these policies at any time. Continued use of our services implies automatic acceptance of the latest version.
