Terms of Service

By commissioning, purchasing, or requesting any service from Senkex — Aquatic Studios, you (the "Client") agree to all the Terms below. These Terms apply to every department, service, freelancer, and client without exception. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use our services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any payment. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
How to Order
All commissions are handled exclusively through our official Discord server. To request a service, open a ticket in the designated channel. Before any work begins, both parties must agree on price, scope, estimated delivery time, and the number of included revisions. Any work outside the agreed scope is charged separately.
Payments
Each freelancer sets their own payment method, currency, and structure (for example, 50% upfront + 50% on delivery, or 100% upfront), agreed directly with the Client before work begins. No work starts until the agreed payment is received. Payments are non-refundable once work has started. Always keep proof of payment until the order is fully completed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Opening a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal after work has started is considered theft of service and will result in a permanent blacklist, reports to relevant communities and payment platforms, and liability for any owed amount. If you have an issue, open a ticket first — we will always try to resolve it fairly.
Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide clear instructions, references, and requirements before work begins, and reply within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing information, late replies, or unclear instructions are the Client's responsibility. All communication must remain respectful and professional.
Revisions
Each order includes a limited number of revisions, defined at the start. Minor adjustments are included within that limit; major changes, redesigns, or new features are charged separately. Unused revisions cannot be transferred or refunded.
Delivery & Acceptance
Once completed, the final product is delivered as agreed. The Client must confirm receipt using the exact format: I received the product correctly @ Senkex — Aquatic Studios. If no confirmation is given within 72 hours, the order is automatically considered accepted and completed.
Deadlines & Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Client or by third-party services, and we reserve the right to extend deadlines due to unforeseen technical or personal issues. Rush orders may include an additional fee agreed with the freelancer.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
After full payment, the Client receives the right to use the delivered product for its intended purpose. We reserve the right to showcase the work in portfolios, social media, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the work as your own without permission is prohibited.
Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request involving illegal activity, hateful or discriminatory material, scams, malicious software, or anything that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel a project if the Client violates these Terms or behaves abusively.
Freelancer & Staff Protection
Freelancers and staff are protected under these Terms. Clients may not harass, threaten, rush, or pressure them beyond agreed deadlines. Any attempt to bypass the Studio to avoid payment will result in permanent suspension.
Blacklist Policy
A client may be permanently blacklisted for chargebacks or payment fraud, harassment or threats toward staff, attempting to bypass payment, or repeated violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer
All services are delivered "as is" based on the agreed requirements. We do not guarantee compatibility with future updates, third-party plugins, or external platforms unless explicitly stated, and we are not liable for misuse of the delivered product.
Final Clause
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms above. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
